Stainless Steel Warranty Policy

At Tumbelix, we stand behind the quality of our stainless steel tumblers. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered and how to request warranty service.

Warranty Coverage

We provide a 12-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the stainless steel body

• Defective vacuum insulation that causes the tumbler to lose its temperature retention

• Faulty welds or seams caused during manufacturing

• Manufacturing defects in the original lid

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage

• Damage caused by dropping or improper use

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

• Damage resulting from dishwasher use if the product is marked "Hand Wash Only"

• Stains, discoloration, or odors caused by beverages

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please email:

support@tumbelix.com

Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the defect

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we may choose to:

• Replace the defective product

• Send replacement parts (if applicable)

• Issue a store credit or refund if a replacement is unavailable

The decision will be made at Tumbelix's discretion.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Tumbelix or our authorized sales channels.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
