Shipping times

Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Delays

During busy periods or carrier disruptions delivery may take longer than estimated. If your order has not arrived within the timeframe shown at checkout, contact us at Support@tumbelix.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
